Each apartment, one on every floor of spacious and bright villas with front and back gardens, has three rooms, a kitchen, two toilets one with shower; there are also rooms with private bath.

The rooms are available from 12:00 on the Sunday before your course begins to the Saturday after the last day of your course.

Generally, the common areas (kitchen, bath and corridors) are cleaned twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays, while linens are changed and floors are cleaned in the rooms only on Saturdays.

Towels are supplied on arrival only if requested at the time of enrolment and the cost is €5.00 per towel.

The school supplies tools for daily cleaning (brooms, mops, etc.), detergents and toilet paper are not included.

Either in Rome or in Lecce, either in family or in apartment, use of bathroom and kitchen, gas and electricity, cleaning at the arrival and bed linen are included.
Bath towels and toilet set are not provided, the rooms are available on the Sunday on beginning of the course, to 12 o’ clock of the Saturday on ending the course.

After the enrollment the school will inform you about means of transport to reach the apartment, payment for ACCOMMODATION must be made once at school the first day of the course.

In the school residence in Lecce, cleaning twice a week is also included. You can require towels at the price of 5.00 Euro each. The school is not responsible of any lost property belonging to the student in the residence. A safe is available in the secretary office.
